Mr. Evans joined Solace in 2022. Prior to joining Solace, Mr. Evans was an Investment Banking Analyst at Macquarie Capital where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private capital raises, public offerings, and other financial initiatives across the consumer, gaming, and leisure industries. Previously, Mr. Evans was an Investment Analyst at Ardian.
Mr. Evans earned his BS in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
