Mr. Lopez joined Solace in August 2022. Prior to joining Solace, Mr. Lopez was an Investment Banking Associate at Macquarie Group where he managed key tasks and processes on sell-side M&A transactions, private capital raises, and public offerings across the consumer, gaming, and leisure industries. Previously, Mr. Lopez was an Investment Banking Analyst at FocalPoint Partners.

Mr. Lopez earned his BBA in Finance from the Knauss School of Business at the University of San Diego.
