Mr. Eastman has an over 40-year history in turnaround and production management, engineering management and operations consulting with extensive international experience. Mr. Eastman successfully founded and operated AOR Consulting, which provided services to Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies. Mr. Eastman previously served as Corporate SVP of Operations for Compass Aerospace-VP General Manager Aeromil & Wichita Manufacturing Divisions, President Motionology/Sportech, and in senior productions positions with Martin Marietta, General Dynamics, Chen-Tech Industries Company, Weber Metals Company, Newton Heat Treating Company and Panel Air Corporation. Mr. Eastman specializes in working with both operating divisions and closely held companies to reduce expenses through business process improvement events, redesigning and consolidating production processes and facilities, and project management of threatened customer relationships or long term supply contracts. Mr. Eastman sits on the board of CST Industries and Patriot Environmental Services.
