Mr. Miller joined Solace in 2024. Prior to joining Solace, Mr. Miller was an Investment Banking Analyst at TD Cowen where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private capital raises, public offerings, and other financial initiatives across the medical device, medical technology, and biotechnology industries.

Mr. Miller earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Spanish from Southern Methodist University.
